What Webflow agency pricing depends on

Webflow agency pricing depends on scope: the number of pages, the CMS (content management system) structure, integrations, copy and brand work. Two quotes for "a Webflow site" can describe very different projects.

At Waves Creative, a one-page site starts from €1,000. A full website or a brand runs in project sprints of three weeks or more.

We assess each client first and send a custom offer, because the same package rarely fits two companies.

Your Webflow site plan is a separate cost. Webflow bills it to you directly, and current plans are listed on Webflow's pricing page.

This guide is for founders and marketing leads at B2B and SaaS companies who are comparing Webflow agency quotes. It covers what drives the price, typical scopes, how quotes are built and the costs that come after launch. It leaves out hourly rates and market averages, because we have no reliable figures for them. The guidance draws on our own project types: one-page sites, marketing sites, redesigns with brand and builds from a finished design.

Key takeaways

  • Scope sets the price: pages, CMS, integrations, copy, brand and tracking.
  • A one-page site starts from €1,000. A full website or brand runs in sprints of three weeks or more.
  • Webflow bills its plans, seats and Localize separately from the agency fee.
  • Tracking, consent and site ownership belong in the quote, not after launch.
  • Compare quotes with the scope-first quote check below.

What drives the price

Seven factors move the price; scope matters most.

What drives the price

FactorWhat it changesEffect on cost
Scope and page countDesign and build timeLower with few, reused layouts; higher with many unique pages
CMS structureCollections, templates, filtersLower for a simple blog; higher for linked collections
IntegrationsForms, CRM, automationLower with a ready app; higher with custom API work
Migration from another platformContent transfer, redirects, SEO checksHigher as content and URLs grow
CopyWho writes the messageLower if you supply final copy; higher if we write it
Brand workLogo, type, color, UI systemLower with an existing brand; higher with a new identity
Tracking and analytics setupGoogle Analytics 4 (GA4), Search Console, eventsLower for basic setup; higher for full event tracking

Scope turns into effort. Someone has to design pages, build templates and CMS collections, test integrations and check redirects. That work sets the number of sprints, and the sprints set the price. A one-page site takes 3-4 business days. A full website or brand runs in sprints of three weeks or more, and each factor in the table adds to that. A price without scope is a guess that change requests inflate.

Integration effort depends on the tool. Webflow lists a HubSpot app in its Apps Marketplace, while Salesforce and Pipedrive have no native Webflow app and connect through third-party apps, embeds, automation tools or API work. Migration effort depends on what you move from; our guide to moving from HTML to Webflow covers one common case.

Tracking needs a realistic brief. Consent rules apply across the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, so tracking covers consenting visitors only, and tags must respect each visitor's choice (see Google's consent mode documentation). Ad blockers and cross-device, multi-touch B2B journeys leave further gaps, so attribution assigns credit to touchpoints using a chosen model. Settle three points together before the quote: which events you track, how consent is collected, and who owns GA4, Search Console and the Webflow project after launch. Each adds setup time, and skipping one pushes the cost past launch. See how to set up Google Analytics in Webflow.

Typical scopes and what they include

Webflow projects fall into three typical scopes, defined by what they include, not by a price list.

Typical scopes

ScopeWhat is includedWho it fits
One-page site (from €1,000, often 3-4 business days)One page, design, Webflow build, form, QA (quality checks)A launch, a campaign or a single offer
Marketing site (sprints of three weeks or more)Positioning and page flow, design with a UI system, Webflow build, CMS setup, QA, trackingCompanies with services or a product to explain and a sales team to feed
Redesign with brand (sprints of three weeks or more)Brand identity, positioning and copy, new site architecture, Webflow rebuild, trackingCompanies whose brand and message no longer match what they sell

The one-page price is a starting point. Extra sections, copy or integrations raise it. Marketing sites and redesigns get a custom offer once we understand the scope.

Our FBA project shows the redesign scope in practice. We rewrote the positioning and copy, redesigned the site architecture and rebuilt the multilingual marketing site in Webflow with SEO setup and conversion tracking. In a testimonial on our homepage, Andrii Derkach, co-founder of FBA, reports 25 leads from AI search in 3 months.

If your budget covers a template and a logo swap, hire a freelancer or buy a template instead.

How quotes are built

Each offer is custom and scoped per client, and its shape depends on whether the work has a clear end.

  • Fixed project: fits a defined build, such as a new site, a redesign or a brand. Scope, deliverables and timeline are agreed upfront.
  • Retainer: fits ongoing work with no finish line, such as SEO, campaigns and iterative site improvements.

Every project we quote runs through the same cycle, from first contact to weekly delivery:

  1. First call. We talk about where your company is and what it needs.
  2. We learn the business. Goals, audience and what the site has to do for sales.
  3. Custom offer. Scope, timeline and price for your project, not a fixed package.
  4. Kickoff week. We get access to your current site, GA4, Search Console, brand materials and sales insights. Together we agree scope, timeline and what success looks like.
  5. Weekly progress. The founders show the work every week.

Already have a finished design? We can build from it. The quote then covers Webflow development, setup and QA rather than design.

Costs people forget

A Webflow site carries costs beyond the agency quote.

  • Webflow site plan. Billed by Webflow, not the agency. Basic costs $15 per month billed yearly and does not include the CMS. Premium, which includes the CMS, starts at $25 per month billed yearly.
  • Workspace seats. Full seats cost $39 per month billed yearly. Limited seats, for editing content or building pages with components, cost $15 billed yearly. Prices as of October 9, 2026 (USD, as listed on Webflow's pricing page).
  • Localization. Webflow Localize is a paid add-on billed per locale: Essential costs $9 per locale per month billed yearly for up to 3 added locales. The Team plan includes 2 locales, with more for a separate fee.
  • Tools and integrations. CRM, form tools and automation platforms such as Zapier or Make carry their own subscriptions.
  • Content and copy. Either your team's time or a writer's fee.
  • Maintenance and updates. New pages, fixes and content changes after launch.
  • Ongoing SEO and campaigns. Search work begins at launch.

A site your team can edit lowers ongoing cost. When marketers publish posts and update pages through the Content editor role on a limited seat, your team handles small changes without an agency ticket. Webflow retired its legacy Editor, which stopped being available on August 4, 2026 and was fully deprecated on October 5, 2026, so your team now edits on limited or client seats (Webflow's deprecation FAQ). If a quote still mentions the Editor, ask how many seats your team needs.

Red flags in a quote and questions to ask

A quote that skips scope, copy or tracking tends to grow after you sign. Check for these:

  • No scope definition. Pages, templates and CMS collections are not listed.
  • A price before any call. Nobody asked about your business, goals or audience.
  • No mention of copy or tracking. Someone still has to write the words and set up measurement.
  • Guaranteed rankings or revenue. Search engines and buyers decide those.
  • Account managers between you and the makers. Ask who receives your feedback, and who acts on it.
  • No editing handover. Your team cannot update the site without paying for each change.

Our scope-first quote check, four questions to ask before you sign (copy them into your own comparison sheet):

  1. Who does the work, by name?
  2. What is excluded from this quote?
  3. Who owns the Webflow project after launch?
  4. How are changes outside the scope priced?

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to common questions before you request a Webflow quote.

Can we start with one service?

Yes. Most clients start with a brand or a website, and each part is built to connect to the next.

Do you offer support after launch?

Yes. After launch we stay on for SEO, campaigns and site improvements, based on real data from your analytics. The scope of that work is agreed in the offer, like everything else.

Do you guarantee results?

No. No one can guarantee rankings or revenue. We commit to clear positioning, a deliberate path to one action per page, and tracking so results can be measured and improved.

We already have a designer or developer. Can you work with them?

Yes. We can work alongside your designer or developer, or build from a design you already have. That is what we did for Simca, a client that came to us with a finished design: it became a Webflow site their team updates themselves.

Agency or in-house hire?

If you need senior design and marketing but not two full-time hires, an agency fits better. With us you get both from the two founders, who join your calls and channels and work alongside your people.

A Webflow build from a finished design: Simca

We built Simca's Webflow site from a finished design. We turned it into a fast, maintainable Webflow site that the Simca team updates themselves.

That shaped the quote. There was no design phase, so the work centered on Webflow development and QA, with a build structured for editing after handover. It is a common route for teams that already have a designer and need a reliable build. FBA's quote led with positioning and copy. Simca's led with a build structured for handover.

When you compare Webflow agency pricing, judge every quote on the same points: scope, who does the work and what is included.

Waves Creative is a small, senior-led studio in Warsaw. We join your team and handle brand, website and marketing end to end: one senior team instead of separate agencies, and you work directly with the founders. Brand & Identity, Webflow Websites, SEO & Content and Client Acquisition are sold separately or together.

Website projects run in a set order: positioning and page flow first, then design with a reusable UI system, then Webflow development and QA, then analytics and event tracking. After launch we stay on for SEO, campaigns and site improvements.

The custom offer follows one call. We don't take on small-budget projects or ethically questionable industries.
