B2B website design that explains your offer and brings calls

We design and build Webflow sites for B2B SaaS and other B2B companies whose site undersells a complex offer. A visitor understands what you sell and for whom, and every page leads to one next step.

You work with a senior team. The two founders join your team and run brand, website and marketing end to end, so the website connects to the rest of your marketing instead of being a hand-off.

The problem

Your site undersells a complex offer

The brief is usually simple: the site does not explain what we sell, and it does not move visitors to a call. A few concrete problems sit behind it:

(01)

Website and ads disagree

Campaigns make one promise and send visitors to a page that makes another. Paid traffic lands on a page that does not match the ad.

(02)

Developer for every change

Your marketing team needs a developer for every change. Launches wait in a queue and pages go stale.

(03)

Overdue migration

The old WordPress site gets harder to maintain, and SEO fixes stall until it moves.

After the redesign

What changes after the redesign

Your site stops looking fine without selling. It explains the offer, and your team runs it.

01

Edits without a developer

Your team publishes and edits pages without a developer, using page templates, training and Webflow's Content editor role on limited or client seats.

02

One next step per page

Visitors understand the offer and see one next step on every page.

03

One message everywhere

Website, brand and campaigns say the same thing.

04

Tracked calls

You see which pages and actions lead to calls, because conversion events are tracked from launch. Tracking covers consenting visitors, so it misses some touchpoints.

05

Safe migration

On a migration, old URLs keep working through mapped 301 redirects, as Google recommends for site moves.

Deliverables

A website your team can run, plus the design files behind it

Page structure and copy direction

We agree the value proposition, where proof sits and the conversion path.

Designed key pages and a reusable UI system

New pages reuse one UI system (a shared library of components, styles and layouts), so the site stays consistent as it grows.

Webflow build with CMS collections

We build with CMS collections and run speed checks.

Redirects and SEO basics on migrations

On migrations we map each old URL to its new URL as a 301 redirect and carry over titles and meta descriptions.

Tracking plan and conversion events

The tracking plan lists each event, where it fires and the attribution model for touchpoints before a lead.

Handover and training

We train your team so they can run the site without a developer.

Engagements

How engagements work

Each project is a custom engagement, quoted after the first call. A one-page site starts from €1,000 and takes 3-4 business days. A full website runs in sprints of three weeks or more.

How the start runs

01

First call

We go through your current site and goals and agree on what makes sense to do first.

02

A custom offer

We assess your business, goals and audience, then send a custom offer, not a fixed package.

03

Kickoff session

You give us access to the current site, GA4, Search Console, brand materials and sales insights.

04

Scope and success agreed

We agree scope, timeline and what success looks like.

How much does it cost to design a B2B website?

It depends on scope, so we quote each project after the first call. Pricing depends on the number of pages, copy and brand work, CMS, migration and tracking.

We already have a designer or developer. Can you work with them?

Yes. We can work alongside them or build from a design you already have, as we did for Simca. We join your calls and channels and work as part of your team.

How long does a B2B website take?

The timeline depends on scope. We confirm the timeline at kickoff.

What do you need from us?

Access to your current site, GA4, Search Console, brand materials and sales insights. During design, we need your feedback and one named person who decides. Your Webflow plan and tool licenses are paid separately.

Do you guarantee results?

No. No one can guarantee rankings or revenue. We commit to clear positioning, one action per page, and tracking so results can be measured and improved.

Is Webflow the right builder for a B2B site?

Often, yes. Webflow suits marketing sites where your team edits content and needs design control, a CMS and hosting on a global CDN. Simpler or app-heavy needs may fit another tool, and we recommend based on your case.
