The short answer: what branding costs depends on scope

How much does branding cost? It depends on scope: how deep the brand work goes (positioning, identity; company naming is scoped separately) and what you build on top of it, such as a website, content and tracking. Branding is the positioning, identity and messaging that make a company recognizable and trusted. A CMS (content management system) is where your team edits pages and posts. A sprint is a fixed block of work with agreed goals. We price every project as a custom offer after a first call, not as a fixed package.

We have one fixed figure: a one-page site starts at €1,000 and takes 3-4 business days. Branding or a full website runs in sprints of three weeks or more. These are our own studio's typical figures, not market data. We don't quote market averages or hourly rates, as no reliable source exists. Public figures are only minimums: Webflow partner profiles list "projects starting at" amounts, such as $5,000 or $10,000 for some Polish studios. A starting price shows where a studio begins. Your scope sets your cost.

This guide is for buyers in the US, Europe and Canada. Prices are set per project, so we do not give a single-country benchmark.

Key takeaways

  • Scope sets the price: brand depth, pages, CMS, integrations, migration, copy and tracking.
  • Our one fixed figure: a one-page site from €1,000 in 3-4 business days.
  • Branding or a full website runs in sprints of three weeks or more.
  • Budget for the extras: platform plan, tools, content, maintenance and ongoing SEO.
  • Before you sign, ask who does the work, what is excluded and how success is measured.

What drives the price of a branding project

Scope sets the price, and so does how many places the brand must appear. A brand that lives on one landing page is a smaller job. A brand that must hold up across a multilingual site, sales decks, product screens and campaigns is a larger one.

We group the drivers into three linked layers, our brand, build, measure model: brand (positioning, identity, copy; naming is scoped separately), build (pages, CMS, integrations, migration) and measure (tracking and consent). A change in one layer affects the others. When you rename, URLs change, which adds migration and redirect work. New tracking needs a consent setup for visitors in the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland.

What drives the price

FactorWhat it changesEffect on cost
Scope of brand workPositioning, identity system; company naming is scoped separatelyLower with an identity refresh only; higher with full positioning
PagesDesign and build time per templateHigher with more unique templates
CMSContent models and editor setupHigher with more content types
IntegrationsCRM, forms, automationHigher with each connected tool
MigrationRedirects, content transfer, SEO checksHigher with more legacy URLs
CopyMessaging and page textHigher if written from scratch
TrackingAnalytics, events, consentHigher with more events to define
People involvedApprovals and feedback roundsHigher with more stakeholders

Positioning comes before visuals. It decides who the brand is for, what it promises and how it differs from alternatives. It shapes the amount of work more than logo design does. With a clear position, your team agrees on identity, site structure and copy faster. A vague position adds feedback rounds later.

A logo alone is the smallest part of a brand. Its cost depends on the research behind it, the number of design rounds and the system around it: colors, type, usage rules and templates. That is why we scope first and price after.

Typical scopes and what each includes

Scopes are easier to compare by what they include than by price. In the table below, prices and timelines appear only where we have our own figures. The other cells describe the work.

Typical scopes

ScopeWhat is includedWho it fits
One-page siteFrom €1,000; one page; 3-4 business daysA launch, offer or single campaign
Marketing sitePage flow, design system, Webflow build, CMS, tracking; sprints of three weeks or moreCompanies that need a site that brings in clients
Brand and identity projectPositioning, messaging, identity system; sprints of three weeks or moreNew companies, or brands that no longer fit
Redesign with brandRepositioning, new identity, new site architecture, rebuild, redirectsCompanies whose offer has outgrown the brand

Two of our projects show how the drivers move the cost. Simca already had a finished design and needed a site its own team could update. We built it in Webflow from that design, so design time was lower. For FBA, the scope included the brand layer and several languages. We rewrote the positioning and copy and rebuilt a multilingual site with SEO setup and conversion tracking, so copy, migration and tracking were all higher. A brand project gives the website its positioning and messaging. The website then gives marketing a place to send traffic. We design and build client sites on Webflow, covering design, development, CMS setup and QA. See how we approach B2B website design.

How quotes are built

A quote is either a fixed project or a retainer. The right one depends on whether the work has an end. A fixed project fits a defined brand build or website: clear deliverables, a timeline and a finish line. A retainer fits ongoing work such as SEO, campaigns and site improvements.

We do not send a price list. Our sequence:

  1. A first call about your business, goals and audience.
  2. An assessment of what you need, factor by factor from the table above, marking each as lower or higher for your project.
  3. A custom offer based on that assessment.
  4. A kickoff week, with access to your current site, analytics (GA4 and Search Console), brand materials and sales insights.
  5. Agreement on scope, timeline and what success looks like.
  6. From then on, the founders show you progress every week.

We follow this sequence on brand and full-site projects; one-page sites use a shorter version.

You work directly with the two founders. Vlad Levun leads design. Maria Fedosenko leads marketing, creative ideas and creative strategy. There are no account managers in between.

We also have limits: we do not take on clients in unethical industries.

Costs people forget

The design and build fee is only part of the budget. These costs are easy to miss:

  • Platform plan: Webflow's Basic plan is $15 per month billed yearly and has no CMS. Premium, with the CMS, starts at $25 per month billed yearly (Webflow pricing; prices as of October 9, 2026, USD, as listed on the vendor's pricing page).
  • Languages: Webflow Localize is billed per locale, on top of the site plan. The Team plan lists 2 locales included, with more for a separate fee (Webflow pricing).
  • Tools: seats for your CRM, forms, automation and design software.
  • Content and copy: writing, translation and case studies.
  • Photography: team and product images that match the new identity.
  • Maintenance: updates, new pages and fixes after launch.
  • Ongoing SEO and tracking: content, technical checks and analytics. Consent rules apply across the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland (see Google's EU user consent policy). AI search also sends leads, so budget for content it can cite.
  • Rebranding rollout: updating assets, the site, templates, decks and printed materials.

Is rebranding risky?

Rebranding is risky when you change what customers recognize without a clear reason. A plan keeps the risk manageable. The main risks are:

  • Lost search visibility when URLs change during a site migration.
  • Existing customers who no longer recognize you.
  • An inconsistent rollout, with old and new assets live at the same time.

Each risk has a practical fix. Write a redirect and SEO plan before any URL changes: list every old URL, map each one to the closest new page and set up 301 redirects, as Google's site move guidance describes. Roll out the new brand in stages across the site, sales materials and channels. Put tracking in place before launch so you can compare results before and after. Define the key events, such as form submissions and demo bookings, and use GA4's recommended events where they fit. Keep in mind that tracking covers consenting visitors only. Consent banners, ad blockers, cross-device and multi-touch B2B journeys leave gaps.

Red flags in a quote and questions to ask

Be wary of a quote that skips the questions that set the price. Watch for:

  • No defined scope.
  • A price before any conversation about your business.
  • No mention of positioning.
  • Vague deliverables, such as "brand refresh" with no detail.
  • No plan for tracking.
  • Guaranteed rankings or revenue.
  • Hidden platform, tool or content costs.
  • Account managers between you and the people doing the work.

Questions to ask:

  • Who does the work?
  • What is excluded?
  • What happens after launch?
  • How is success measured?
  • Who owns the files?

Frequently asked questions

These are short answers to questions buyers often ask before they request a quote.

Can we start with one service?

Yes. Most clients start with a brand or a website. Each part is built to connect to the next, so you can add the rest when you are ready.

Do you guarantee results?

No. No studio can guarantee rankings or revenue. We commit to clear positioning, a clear path to one main action on each page, and tracking so results can be measured and improved.

We already have a designer or developer. Can you still help?

Yes. We can work alongside your team or build from a design you already have. For Simca, we turned a finished design into a Webflow site that their team updates themselves.

Is an agency better than hiring in-house?

It depends on how much work you have. With us, you get senior design and marketing from the two founders without hiring for both roles. The trade-off: a project-based relationship rather than a full-time employee.

A recent example of brand-led work

FBA is a cross-border hiring platform. We rewrote its positioning and copy and redesigned the site architecture and navigation. We then rebuilt the multilingual marketing site in Webflow, with SEO setup and conversion tracking. Read the FBA case study.
