These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of wavescreative.co (the "Website") and of the tools Waves Creative uses to publish its own content on social media. Waves Creative ("we", "us", "our") is a design studio based in Warsaw, Poland, Tax ID 1133030816.

By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

What we do

Waves Creative designs and builds websites, brands and digital products for businesses. The Website describes our work and services and lets you contact us or apply for a website audit.

Client projects

Paid work is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement between Waves Creative and the client. That agreement covers scope, price, timelines, payments and ownership of deliverables. If it conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.

Using the Website

You may browse the Website and share links to it. You agree not to:

• copy, resell or republish our content, designs or case studies without our written permission;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the Website or the systems behind it;
• use the Website for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading information.

Our content and intellectual property

All text, images, designs, logos and code on the Website belong to Waves Creative or are used with permission. Projects shown in our portfolio may belong to our clients and appear with their consent. Nothing on the Website gives you a license to use our materials unless we say so in writing.

Our social media publishing tools

We use our own internal tools, including apps connected to TikTok, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn and Dribbble, to schedule and publish content on Waves Creative's own accounts.

• These tools post only to accounts owned or managed by Waves Creative.
• They do not post to anyone else's account, and the public cannot sign up for them.
• We use the access a platform grants us only to publish our posts, read the results of our own posts, and manage our own accounts.
• We do not sell, share or use platform data for advertising.
• We follow each platform's own terms and developer policies, including the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

Third-party links and platforms

The Website may link to third-party websites and platforms. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy at wavescreative.co/privacy-policy explains how we handle personal information. It is part of these Terms.

No warranties

We provide the Website "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be error-free, secure or uninterrupted. Information on the Website is general and is not a binding offer.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Waves Creative is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Website, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Warsaw, unless consumer protection law where you live says otherwise.
